NEW Group exercise classes!
For Mums with Bubs/toddlers
Hi lovely local ladies! I’m pleased to introduce new group exercise classes to Sippy Downs especially designed for Mums with Bubs/toddlers.
These new group classes specifically work on:
- Regaining core strength
- Pelvic floor
- Pelvic stability
- Abdominal restoration (if separation has occurred)
- Back pain
- General fitness for the sport of Motherhood!
Or maybe you merely just want to start getting your body back in shape? These classes are designed for you!
As each session focuses on Female related concerns, you don’t need to be a Mum with Bub as my classes are still relevant to those Mums with school age kids! Additionally, I encourage Pre-natal mums to attend – whereby I offer exercise modifications specific to keep you safe yet strong for birthing and beyond.
Come and train in a relaxed, nurturing environment, most of all with an experienced and qualified para-natal trainer.
Especially relevant to Mums with toddlers, I understand the need to be flexible if you need to breakaway to feed, chase, or soothe your child.
Mums with Bubs/Toddler group classes: MON & WED at 9.30am in Sippy Downs.
Casual attendance is $15/session OR 10 pass pack for $120
