SDDCA AGM 2016 – Public Date Notification

1937471_527904220642614_2702356975071908901_nPlease be advised the annual general meeting of the Sippy Downs & District Community Association Inc (SDDCA) will be held on Wednesday 28th of September 2016, commencing at 7 pm.

The venue will be the Chancellor State College Primary Campus Hall, Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs.
All residents are welcome to attend the AGM, but only financial members of the SDDCA are able to vote.

Household Membership is $20 per household per year or $10 for concession holders. To become a member now click HERE.

Formal invitations and Guest speakers will sent out and announced over the coming weeks with invited speakers representing a diverse range of community stakeholders and representatives set to provide an informative update on the local area.

 

Call for nominations for the 2016-17  SDDCA Management Committee.

NominationsAny financial member of the SDDCA is eligible to nominate – nomination forms are available by request by simply emailing us at info@sippydowns.org.au, by download HERE and submission by clicking HERE or simply complete the online form HERE.

Nominations close at 5 pm on 13th September 2016.

The following positions of will be declared vacant at the AGM – President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Webmaster and Committee members.

A number of current members of the management committee will be renominating however we call out to the community for anyone interesting in building upon the great work done by the SDDCA over the last 10 plus years by joining the management team for the 2016 – 17 year and beyond.
